Agent Ace Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use agent ace, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of access.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded or banned from agent ace.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Registration requires accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, agent ace reserves the right to close the additional accounts and review balances held across them.

2. Account Rules and Security

Your agent ace account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone.
• Notify agent ace support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all bets placed from your account, whether or not they were placed by you personally.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID. agent ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point for compliance purposes.

Account information – including your name, registered mobile number, and payment details – must remain consistent with your verified identity. Changes to account details that cannot be matched to your verified KYC documents may be refused.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on agent ace are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted.

Deposits:

• Accepted methods include Philippine bank transfer, online banking (InstaPay / PESONet), and supported local e-wallets.
• Deposits must be funded from accounts held in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name – matching your agent ace account name exactly.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• OTP verification is required to confirm each withdrawal request.

agent ace does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on agent ace are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check bet details before submitting. agent ace does not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed bets due to player error.

• Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or recognised sports authority.
• Casino and slot games are operated using certified random number generation. Results are determined at the point of play and cannot be altered after the fact.
• eBingo draws are conducted in real time. Numbers are drawn randomly, and the outcome is final once the draw is completed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, agent ace will take reasonable steps to settle affected bets fairly based on available game state data.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled according to the specific rules for that betting market, as displayed at the time of the bet.

agent ace reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds caused by a technical error or human error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or unusual betting patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

When promotions are active on agent ace, each offer is governed by its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry conditions. These terms are published with each individual offer on the Promotions page.

• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• agent ace reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• If a player self-excludes or requests account closure, any outstanding bonus balance is forfeited.

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms – including through duplicate accounts, collusion, or deliberately low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk – will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

agent ace is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all players. Online gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

• Players aged 21 and above only. Any account found to be operated by an individual under this age will be closed immediately.
• Players may set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via their account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to take a break from the platform. Requests are processed promptly and are binding for the requested period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on agent ace and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in odds or game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or with any person involved in the conduct of an event being bet on.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using someone else's payment account to fund or receive funds from your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents during KYC.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

agent ace reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicious account activity or irregular betting patterns.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance may be withheld pending an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the remaining real money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting player support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

9. Limitation of Liability

agent ace provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims to maintain continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• agent ace is not liable for losses arising from network outages, server downtime, or technical failures outside of its reasonable control.
• agent ace is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own login credentials.
• Betting involves risk. agent ace does not guarantee any return on any bet placed on the platform. Players participate at their own risk.
• Information displayed on the platform regarding odds, statistics, and event schedules is provided for reference only and may not always reflect the most current data.

Nothing in these Terms limits agent ace's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Changes to These Terms

agent ace may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
